Google Ads and Google User Data

If you authorize Yerena AI Growth Office to connect to your Google Ads account, we access Google Ads data only to provide the services you requested, such as campaign reporting, performance analysis, attribution review, and recommendations.

As currently configured, the Google Ads integration is read-only. Yerena AI Growth Office does not independently create, edit, pause, or publish Google Ads campaigns through this connection.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to build advertising profiles, serve unrelated advertising, or allow third parties to use it for their own purposes.

We access, use, store, and share Google user data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services you requested; comply with law; or respond to a valid legal process. Access credentials are stored in restricted systems and are not shown to the AI assistant or other users.

You may revoke Yerena’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings or by contacting us.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Provide, operate, secure, and support the Services.
• Configure and maintain approved websites, communications tools, AI workflows, reporting, and integrations.
• Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and support requests.
• Analyze service performance and improve reliability.

How We Share Information

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, or deliver the Services.

We do not sell personal information or Google user data.
