Terms of Service

Effective date: September 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, Yerena AI Growth Office, and other services provided by Yerena Digital (“Yerena,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, requesting a demo, purchasing services, or authorizing an integration, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Yerena provides website, communications, AI-assisted front-office, CRM, workflow, reporting, local-growth, and related services for businesses.

The exact scope, deliverables, pricing, implementation details, and any additional terms for paid services will be set out in your applicable proposal, order form, service agreement, or written approval.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information and keep it current.
  • Obtain all permissions, consents, and rights required for information, phone numbers, accounts, content, customer communications, and integrations you provide or authorize.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access.
  • Review and approve materials, workflows, destinations, and actions when approval is required.
  • Use the Services lawfully and not use them to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized communications.

You remain responsible for your business decisions, customer relationships, advertising claims, pricing, legal compliance, and any content or instructions you approve.

Google and Third-Party Integrations

You may choose to authorize integrations with third-party platforms, including Google Ads.

By authorizing an integration, you confirm that you have the authority to connect the relevant account and allow Yerena to use the data and permissions necessary to provide the requested service.

Yerena AI Growth Office’s Google Ads connection is currently read-only. It may retrieve authorized reporting data and provide analysis or recommendations, but it does not independently make campaign changes through that connection.

Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and security practices. Yerena is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, or decisions made by those platforms.

AI-Assisted Services

Some Services use AI-assisted tools to organize information, produce drafts, provide analysis, and support approved workflows.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing material before relying on it, publishing it, communicating it to customers, or using it to make business, legal, financial, employment, medical, or other consequential decisions.

Unless separately agreed in writing, Yerena does not guarantee that an AI-assisted tool will replace human judgment or operate without interruption.

Intellectual Property

Yerena and its licensors retain ownership of the Services, software, systems, templates, and materials we create or provide, except for client-owned content and rights expressly transferred in a written agreement.

You grant Yerena the limited rights needed to host, configure, operate, support, and improve the Services for you.

Fees and Payment

Fees, billing intervals, usage charges, taxes, refunds, and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable written agreement, proposal, invoice, or checkout terms.

You are responsible for advertising spend, third-party subscription fees, platform charges, and usage-based charges unless a written agreement states otherwise.

No Guaranteed Results

Yerena does not guarantee rankings, lead volume, sales, advertising performance, campaign approval, customer response, or any particular business result. Marketing, advertising, search, AI, and third-party platform outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yerena will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yerena’s total liability arising from the Services will not exceed the fees paid by you to Yerena for the specific Services giving rise to the claim during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law, address nonpayment, prevent misuse, or protect Yerena, our clients, or third parties.

You may cancel Services according to your applicable agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
